este es el mejor hotel que reservo cada vez que me quedo en miami excelente lugar y gente excepcional muy amables todos y excelente limpieza

I was a little scare about booking after reading the comments that are posted here but I love to say that even that the room was a little small it was very well decorated and clean and the bed is the more comfortable mattress that I ever sleep on and the noise level was zero even though I was yard away from the planes wow thanks for a wonderful stay I WILL BE RETURNING

We came thru Miami Airport at 10:30 p.m. and we found that the airport had a hotel so we decided to try it since we were leaving at 7 am the following morning. Front desk very helpful eventhough the line to check in was long. We were given a not so big but comfortable and clean room. Mattress was great. Room very clean and could not hear a thing. We will be back!!!

If you wish to pay to stay in a dirty place with worse than rotten service then this is it. We arrived at the hotel after traveling all day long only to have to find some one to check us in. Then wait for an elevator which was being held on an upper floor by security so that she could smoke a cig. Finally the beds were not made from the last tenants. Just plain NASTY!By the time they got some one to change the sheet it was time for us to go.

Location, location, location. After a missed connection, I asked the airline representative to put me up in this hotel, since I had heard about it. So convenient. Pick up your luggage and walk accross the airport, right into hotel. For a tired traveler it was confortable, clean and a late light supper (not fast food) was available in the hotel restaurant. Next morning, I was able to go to my departure gate. No cab or shuttle to deal with. I will book again especially on my next interantional trip where landing in Miami can be such trauma.

This was the most disgusting hotel ever. Dirty, unfriendly and just unbelieveable for a hotel. The bedshets had stains, the ac was licking on the floor and very badly fixed so the grill won�t fall on your head. I was afraid to get some diseases in there. So if you ever have to stay at the airport stay outside in the parkinglot, but not inside the hotel. NOT WORTH 10 DOLLAR A NIGHT

The only good thing about the hotel was the convenience of staying at the airport for a very early flight the next morning. The room was was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and there were clumps of debris in a corner of the room. The impression of dirtiness was pervasive; we were just too tired to care and the only reason we were there was for the convenience. The overall "feeling" we had was neutral, although the experience was very much below average in terms of the quality we expect when we stay at a hotel. The service was OK but the person at the front desk seemed distracted by non-business "stuff" while we were checking in. The bellhop who helped us to our room was very pleasant. He treated us like "guests" and we were happy to tip him. Overall, though, I feel that this hotel is just a place to crash for a night, and it shows.

Being right at the MIA is unbeatable, especially when you have an early morning flight to catch. The hotel is definitely so-so: Rooms are smaller than in a NY hotel (incredible, huh?), they still stink to old smoke and the cleaning is not so efficient (when I went to bed the room next door had left a room service tray out the door, it was still there at 7AM). Check-in and out is also time-consuming. No express check-out service available, which would be highly desirable, especially in this location.

Our room had little or no a/c. The first night we stayed we complained and someone with limited English skills came and looked at it. There was no improvement. I complained at check-out and was given $15 off my room. Two nights later I returned to the hotel. We were given another room with little or no a/c. The bellboy even agreed that it was hot in the room. The a/c guy was called and his only suggestion was that we turn all the lights off in the room to cool it off. The temperature never got below 75 and there was no air circulating. I went downstairs to cancel my next night's stay. At that time I was told I didn't have a reservation for the next night. I showed them my paperwork showing that I did indeed have a reservation. The clerk just shrugged and said somebody made a mistake. There is only one reason to stay in this hotel - it's in the airport and you can get to your flight easily instead of negotiating the streets of Miami or hiring a shuttle or cab. This hotel is also very run down and not as clean as it should. I give this hotel a 1 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best. The one is for the convenience of being at the airport.
