It alright,but the houskeepin can be faster....AN,all they need;is to sprinkle a little BAKIN SOAD on carpet to kill wet smelly capet oder @ vacaum it up..... IT WORKS AT MY HOUSE ALL THE TIME....AN,"PLEASE" do not oder from room service meau,UNLEE YU WANT TO PAY A GOOD $$$$$$$ OH, I was on first floor,it was O.K.:I just enjoyed wachtin the cars go by

Considering the other reviews we were very unsure about going. But we are so very glad we did. What I liked the most is the location, there are 2 fleamarkets within walking distance and we enjoyed the food and walking around within the flea markets. The Mall was within a few minutes from the hotel. 275 is within minutes, so we could go to clearwater beach, and other flea markets in the area. The staff was great, the breakfast that they served was a variety of danish's and they were fresh every morning. We had great wifi service. Its an older hotel, but they are cleaning it up and you can tell, the staff deserve a pat on the back. The room was clean, and everyday they came in and cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels and shampoo and soap, and even coffee. The rooms are very comfortable, and roomy. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This place is so nasty,I wouldn't allow my dog to stay there.nasty sheets,comforters,blankets,etc. I spoke with the housekeeping manager and she wasn't able to give me new sheets or blankets because she didn't have any. I spoke with the desk clerk dave steele and he was friendly and said the managers were cheap and cutting back on supplies here because they were trying to buy a gas station. this isn't right and I will be calling someone to investagate this place.

We arrived at 1:30am after driving 7 hours. We were too tired to change hotels. The location was good. The front desk clerk was nice but the room was horrible. Bugs everywhere including beds, walls, sink and fridge. Dirty washcloths in bathroom. The A/C did not get cool at all (Mid August). Do not stay here unless you want to spend the night in the heat and stay up with the bugs.

This hotel has everything you could need for a short get away. Micro-fridge in the room and continental breakfast included make the stay even easier. The staff is knowledgable and friendly and it is just arround the corner from Busch Garden.

When we checked in, I knew it was fishy. The staff was friendly though. As time went on we found more and more stuff to be bad! There were people lurking around outside and in. People outside at all hours of the night. Apparently drunk, you could tell. The walls were so bright in the hallway that you need sunglasses. There were holes in our sheets, that were also stained. The AC is the only thing that was actually in 'working condition'. There was gross hair all over our bathroom, the shower head looked like it was hanging by a string. Just NOT a good place to stay overall. I paid too much for what I got out of this. It was in a HORRIBLE neighborhood. Never again will I stay at this hotel!!!! Nor should anyone else have to. Drive another couple miles, you'll find something better I promise!!!!!!!

I was a frist time florida visitor so I was expecting a really nice hotel. While this did not live up to my expectations I did enjoy my time there.

Every fixture of the room was damage (Toilet, Vanity, lamps, carpet) room was smeally and dearty. The Manager was helpfull and understanding but I still waiting for my refund of charges because I checkout 15 minutes after check in.

The worst feeling one can experience is to wake up with cockroaches in your bed! We arrived in the evening and were only looking for a night's rest close to Busch Gardens. The location was great but the bugs were intolerable. I would not recommend staying there unless they hire a pest control company.

finding the room was an adventure in itself because the room numbers were not in order. When we did find it, the room seemd dirty because everything was so old and the lamps were broken. The front desk was very pleasant when asked to be moved, but the new room was worse than the first. there were stains all over the bedspread and there was a stain on a chair that I can't mention what it looked like. Once again the front desk was very pleasant when we asked for our money back because we were leaving.
