Very rude, obnoxious treatment!
By Natalia, 4/29/05
We called to make a reservation at this place, the person who came on the phone to attend to us, was very rude, obnoxious, unpleasant and detestable. At first, the gentleman (old) without even knowing the dates we were interested in, nor where we were calling from, said they didn't accept reservations to "locals". When asking what he meant by that - he simply confirmed "locals" with a smirk. Then gave them the dates and plainly said they didn't have any rooms. When questioned about my friend who had called earlier to reserve a room, he questioned the dates again. After this, the gentleman (where gentle is out of the question), said he only had a regular room with a street view and we asked how much was the room for. With a smart remark, he then accused us of calling to find out the prices only - at this time, we felt very insulted and told them that "no no no" we just wanted to find out if it would be in our best interest to reserve that room - he then answered "yes yes yes" the room is $79.95/nt. But, I had a copy of their website in my hands where they had the price listed for $65/nt. He then simply mumbled something and hang up on us. This person (if he should be called that) does not know how to treat people and simply should not be at the front of a hotel, it leaves a negative impression and we will definetely not interested in reserving a room at this place ever!

Enchanting
By Richard, 11/16/05
We were in Room 201 and had a beautiful view of the bay. We spend the whole night on the balcony drinking wine and enjoying the view. If you decide to stay in the Cove Inn pay the extra $10 bucks and get a bayfront room. Also in the off seasons you can get a room from about $75 to $89 a night. This is one of my favorite hotels in Naples and I will be going back again.

Heaven on Earth
By Rachel, 9/13/06
I love the Cove Inn, it was close to all the best tour stops and the price was excellent. We loved the pool and the Tiki Bar, it was by far the best vacation we have ever been on!

Pure Heaven
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/9/09
We love Cove Inn, and try to go over there atleast 3 to 4 times a year. The restaurants are great and the Chickee Bar is so intertaining. There is always a birthday everytime we go. We get an efficiency by the pool which is so clean and we cook and my husband goes fishing right off the docks, and we swim, walk to old town and Tin City and just plain relax. The people that run the place are excellent and all ways make us feel so wanted. Infact we are headed there this weekend.

The Sanctuary I Needed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/5/09
I had been going to Naples every year for nearly 30 years to stay with my dearest friend of 40 years. In 2007, while visiting me in Kansas City she tragically died. When I went to Naples to help her husband sort through things I wanted to be alone and chose to check out Cove Inn, a place I drove by all the time going to the Dock. It was the best place I could have chosen. It lifted my spirits as well as gave me a quite wonderful place to be with wonderful people all around. We all should shut our mouths or the next time we want to stay at Cove Inn, it will be booked from all of our magnificant reviews! I loved it. I am going to look into returning this summer. Even without my dear treasured friend, I miss my second home.

Paradise
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/10/05
We stayed in Helen's Hideaway,at the Cove Hotel. It was bliss, very clean apartment with a wonderful view. The guy on the desk was most helpful, very pleasent with a good sense of humour. Very well located, could walk to the beach but not recomemded on a hot day as it is a bit of a treck. Excellent value for money. Will certainly be returning when we vistit the USA next year.

Exceptional Service & Value
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/18/05
This is a Wonderful smaller hotel on the water in Naples. Each room has it's own style and unique character; due to the fact that they are individually owned. The atmosphere is very friendly and down to earth, and the service is exceptional. My visit was 3 weeks long, and I would recommend it to any individual who enjoys a more relaxed and realistic escape from your every day grind!

Truly an \"old Florida\" experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/21/06
My husband and I have stayed at the Cove Inn 3 times now and love it. During the off season, the prices cannot be beat. Make sure you get a bayside view. All the rooms we have stayed in have been clean and spacious. Just wish they would allow pets but that is understood. Extremely convenient to dining (The Dock At Crayton Cove and The Dockside restaurants are a must )and are literally steps from your room. Beach is a short, scenic, convenient stroll as are the Shops on Fifth. Very convenient location if you do not want to drive everywhere. Highly recommend!!! Don't miss the sunset at the pier.

We visit every year!
By Michael, 6/23/06
The Location is the best - located right at the Naples Dock, walking distance to 5th, 3rd, Tin City, the Pier. Coffee Shop - we eat there every morning. Pool is always clean. The bar area is convenient and the bartenders are very nice. Friendly staff.

Great off-season location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/5/05
Can you find a better bargain in Naples then a room overlooking both Naples Bay and Naples Marina for $75 a night off-season? Includes pool and access to guest and marina slip owner tiki bar with great view of Naples Bay. I found my room to be "Old Florida" in style, with a refrigerator, microwave, and ample storage space.
