Everyone's a Critic, I LIKE staying here!
By Dale, 08/02/08
Four Points is really taking the bull by the horns in having acquired a rather unattractive corner 10-story and cleaning it up, with full and thorough remodel, adding mall-style shopping, renovated underground parking, and staffers that are friendly and polite and always always make a point to great me when I come and go! The place is still a work in progress but that does not keep me from staying here.I have been doing extended stays here and their best available rate makes that possibleThe building is quiet, maid service is very good, and the hotel is located very convenient to Hwy495. The rooms I get are quiet, ac works fine, thwe cable could add a few channels 'cause its a little light, but all in all I am looking forward to getting back there.

Way too many issues :(
By joeb, 06/04/08
I would not suggest anyone stay at this hotel if you have other options. You are not going to be totally dissatisfied, but there just seems to be one problem after another. 1) Yellow water comes from facet. I was unable to get any employee to drink the 'fresh' water that I had just collected from the tap :) 2) There are special parking spots specifically for police. Be Warned, bring your belongings in if you stay here. 3) At check in they tried to overstate my quoted rate. I overheard this happen 3 other times. Hope this isn't a regular practice? 4) The food service closes at times under their discretion. 5) The tv will shut off and not restart on its own 6) The evening hours reception is rude. Stay somewhere else if you have an option.

Never Again!!!!!!!!!!! Do not stay here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/30/06
This hotel should be ashamed to use the name Ramada Inn. The customer service was really bad. The first room that they gave us had not been cleaned so they gave us another one and the air condition was broke. They said that they would send someone to fix it-nerver did. The halls were dirty, the carpet was dirty. Overall not a clean place. If we had not prepaid in full, we would have walked right back out of the door. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the bad experience that I had the price was too much. Please think twice before staying there.
