I enjoyed my stay at this hotel when I went for a National Healthy Start Conference in August 2007. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the hotel's appearance and the overall quality of my stay. I want to go back to this hotel since the location was so convenient, close to restaurants, shopping etc. Thanks for a nice stay. The bed was really comfortable!

Absolutly Incredible

My Husband and I just got back from Washington, D.C. and had the times of our lives. This Hotel was conveniently located, it was awesome to be so close to great food, great shopping and transportation. This particular Hilton is highly recommended!! The staff was superb, dining there was exquisite, and the rooms were immaculate. I just cannot say enough. The Hotel Staff and Concierge made our 25th Anniversary so special. outstanding!

Our room was very nicew and the bed was the most comfortable that we've ever slept on. We enjoyed the lounge as a meeting place for our group. We were there to attend the Memorial Day parade 2006 as my husband is a veteran and selected to participate in the parade.

Very nice stay overall

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The metro is under the hotel and will take to everything you want to see. No need to rent a car. The restaurant staff was very good, but the food choices were few and food PRICEY!!!! Our waiters remembered us and our drink prefernces each day and that made us feel at home. I would say this is the place to stay, but there are numerous hotdog/burger vendors and cheaper restaurants throughout DC to find reasonable food.

A short but pleasant stay

We chose this hotel because it was close to the metro. We only stayed one night. The room was nice; the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel staff were very professional and accomodating.

Good Service & Very Convenieent

I would definitely rate this hotel highly for the room accomodations, the staff service and the convenience of the Metro and the Mall beneath the hotel as well as the extreme closeness to the Reagan Airport. My only disappointments were the Hotel Restaurant,which had poor service,high prices and very little choice. I would not recommend renting a car either, because the parking in the hotel is $16 per day and the Metro can bring you almost anyplace faster than by car. The Metro as well as cabs are very inexpensive. Cabs are priced by zones so check with them on pricing to avoid crossing a street into another zone and paying too much. The Hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Caught without light

I just got back from a terrible time in DC. I planned a vacation in Washington DC and stayed at the Crystal City Marriott. Soon after I checked in the power went out in the hotel. The hotel was dark from 9:30pm and was out when I left at 4:00pm the next day. However due to the front desk staff I knew I was being taken care of. The same staff where all working through out the night with no sleep to make sure we where being taken care of. They not only past out water, snacks and glow sticks but did everything in their power to assist us. Chris a young adult must of ran up and down eleven flights of stairs a dozen times caring bags and just making sure we where all fine he was such a gentleman even though he was so tired that his eyes where blood shot. The rest of the staff also did an outstanding job.
