We will never go back

To begin with, it was a hot day, asked about the pool, it was closed because it was leaking, could not tell it was full, then asked about the shuttle van, that was broken, then about breakfast the cafeteria was being remodeled. So I inquired about a bus that would take us downtown, she had no idea, just told me to stand somewhere in front and a bus will go by, but to where, she had no clue. The reception are needs some instructions on how to answer simple questions a tourist would ask, ei: bus route & #, where some of the attractions are, etc.
