Horrible Stay

My boyfriend and I spent the night here for my birthday and it was horrible. There were BULLET holes in our window along with one to match going through the curtain. It was absolutely filthy- stains on the walls and headboard. We basically tip toed around the place. If we had not already been charged we would have left. I have traveled a lot and not once stayed at a worse place. Definitely would never recommend to anyone.

Close to Union Station but not worth it

We were close to Union Station but had to walk UP HILL WITH ALL OUR LUGGAGE!! and on the day we thought to take a Taxi, it had cost us $20 to drive the 2 blocks UP THE HILL to the hotel.... The room was dirty, and there were mouse traps in the corners of the room. We couldn't understand the guy at the front desk and it was more of a headache then worth the price we paid (which was about $80 per night)... I would have rather stayed at a hostel for the grief we had just staying there.

Housekeepers get a credit

The housekeepers keep it so clean. One or two of the receptionists need a training on customer service. I recommend that all information put in the rooms should be followed valid. eg. the cost of long distance calls. Good breakfast is served every morning.

DRIVE PASS KEEP GOING

This place is a total disguise from what appears on the internet. Don't be fooled its dirty, dusty and shabby. The curtains were so soiled and the bed linen, lets say don't put your head down. The bathroom toilet smelled like urine. The lobby had a strong odor of microwaved food not plesent at all. Nothing positive about this place. Would not leave my pet there.
