Horrible, would have been better to sleep in car

When you first walk in all you smell is seafood, the staff was nice when they were around, there were food trays on my floor for hours and the halls smelt terrible. The rooms were worse, my first room had no working toliet and my seconds room's toliet was black with mildew. The bathroom had hair, lime and mold. We had to ask for everything, the pool is nice but it was so hot from the hot tub we had to leave. Never again will at stay here. My friend stayed at Country Inn, it was much better.

Nice but very noisey

The staff was nice and the hotel decor was nice, but the music playing until 12:00 at night on several occasions during our 9 night stay was very noisey, not to mention the a/c in the room was also pretty loud. I would not recommend this hotel!

This place is a wonderful hotel. The management and service was phenomenal. Great job on all the facicilities. If this hotel is great in DE, I'd love to see it elsewhere.

Poor Management

The managment of this place should go to a nice hotel in DC or any city instead of going to DAys inn or super 8 ... they do compare to that!! No managment on site on several occations. Poor Room amenties, (they should at least walk up the street to Dover Downs and see what a hotel should be ran like. to all that reads this, Dover Downs is a class act and i will recommend that over any other place in dover. Good luck on the remodel Sheraton i hope you will re-mold your management and staff tooo...

A Nice Retreat

The hotel was an oasis of culture in the tiny - but growing town of Dover. It had complete amenities without the hassle of the big city. I would like to have another retreat there!

Sheraton, Dover!!!Excellent

Sheraton,Dover is really a great place to stay. The restaurant service is excellent. The sheets in the bed is a class of itself. I go to Dover frequently, and Sheraton will be my place from now. Service is excellent and the location is very convenient. It is very close to everything, from malls to casino, to restaurants and more shopping.

I would go back if I was in Delaware again

Good solid hotel. The price was very reasonable and the rooms were spacious, especially since we had a baby with us.

never again

I attended a dinner for the Delaware Alarm Association, on Mar. 1, 2005. We had to ask for a coat rack, which took a half hour to produce. We had one server for approx. 25 people. The meals were chosen prior, yet we were asked what we ordered, a lot of confusion. The baked potatoes were warm, the chicken was very dry, the meals were obviously cook in advance. Also the room was very stuffy, no ventilation. All in all, it was a very unpleasant meal. I would not recommend you Hotel based on what I just experienced. Sorry, But you need to know. Tony Abbate
