So much for privacy

What the brochure doesn't tell you is that staff members will barge into your room without knocking! My wife and I retired early because our 7 month old was sick, and as we attempted to go to sleep, the manager on duty opened our door to check to see if our room was flooding (this was during the remnants of Gustav). No knocks, no forewarned phone calls from the office. Just come on in. Good thing we weren't getting intimate. Good thing I didn't attack the guy thinking we were being broken into. Good thing I was there to calm my wife down. And from the management: "Sorry."
Not classy at all. Very overpriced for under delivered amenities. I would never recommend this place.
