absolutely awful

Setting is indeed pretty, but as someone in the community so aptly put it "Boulders Inn is a shame to the community".
Can they really be charging these prices?! Their staff is incompetent, surly and the manager is rude-- and when we are paying $450 for the night I expect her to change out of her sweats before coming to work!!
For the price of a round trip ticket to Paris we got a room without a view, were told we could not get room service and when we asked for a cup of tea in the front lobby got the tea without a cup! Even the food in the restaurant was o.k. and that too was the price of a dinner at the Four Seasons in NYC!
The only good thing about this place are their beds-- for the money go next door to the Mayflower Inn-- for the same price you'll have a proper luxury experience!
