Courtyard by Marriott Denver Cherry Creek, Denver

I had a horrible stay. I was misinformed and thought the breaksfast was free, I asked when I was in the rest. area and was told which was free and which was charged to your room. After eating a plate of fruit I had a waitress bring me my bill! 27.00 for 2 plates of fruit! how insane and how misinformed I was. Than when I checked out the charged me for another breaksfast that I never even went to the rest that day and left my email for, "the accountant" to get back to me and they never did. I thought it was convenient that she was not there when I checked out in the morning, hmmm. I am still mad and disappointed, also when I asked the front desk for help in finding a pizza place they were clueless, they really knew nothing about the Denver area, get a clue people so you can answer questions from your guests. I have shared this experience with my family and friends.

Worked well for us,bathrooms a little small and very tight otherwise the room was nice,the lobby was good and the workout room was light and good equipment. Liked the homemade cookies at the desk!

Major construction project in hotel at this time, would have been nice if they had included that minor bit of information in the description! No pool, no gym, no lobby!!!!Concrete drills in the floor above at 7 A.M.!!!!Loud noises, dust in the air, weird water, lame continental breakfast and below average service from the staff. Maybe it will be great when they finish but they should just close the place until it's done!

this pool was very beatuiful. I enjoyed lazing around in it all day. My hands were starting to prun. I loved it.

The hotel is very nice when you come in. The staff is nice when you check in, but then there is no communication until you check out. The breakfast is awesome. A full breakfast with waffles, fruit, yogurt, muffins, etc. The rooms were decent sized. Pretty decor but the beds were hard. The overall experience was good except for the beds not being very comfortable. The price was good so I guess we compromised a little there. The location of the hotel was great. It's right by everything we needed to see. We had two kids with us so the room seemed a little cramped as well. Overall I'd rate as an average.
