When we got in our room the air was broke. It was 80 decrese in our room. After turning on the air and waiting it was only getting hotter. I call the front desk and after taking 30 mins to get through the lady was RUDE. She said there were no other rooms and she would have some one look at it in the morning. I then let her know that we were only staying one night and she said she could put us in a double but that was it. I told her we paid for a suite is that ALL SHE HAD? She then told me there was one suite but smaller. I took it and moved me and my kids at 10:30pm FINALLY. IT WAS A LOT SMALLER!! I didn't get discounted or any thing. Come to find out the next morning by another clerk there were PLENTY of other suites she could have given us. I talked to the manager and we get 20% off of our next stay. WE WILL NOT GO BACK.

I had to go to Denver for a conference in the downtown area and so, went searching for a decent hotel at a good rate. All the properties downtown were out of my price range. After expanding my search, I ran across a few about 10 miles from downtown Denver along the I-70 corridor north of downtown. (I was told at the conference that these hotels were built before the Denver International Airport was built and the main airport was the one closeby here). I setteld on this one. It wasn't the least expensive, but it seemed to have everything I was looking for at a reasonable price. I am happy to say I wasn't disappointed. I had called for a late check-in and they had the room ready and waiting for me when I got there. The place itself is an older unit but still in good condition. The room was very clean and the bed was excellent! All the staff was very courtious and the free wireless connection, although slow at times, did work. They also accommodated me when I asked for a late check-out. If I had to mention something; I'd have to say that the parking lot gets a little crowded at night and the elevator shakes a little but if you don't mind that or sharing the property with the truckers from the truck stop next door, I think you'll find this place a great deal. Oh! And if you do stay there, don't miss going to the nice new shopping center directly north right off Quebec. Drive-through Starbucks, Super Target and don't miss the Bass Pro Shop! (Great fish at their restaurant "Islamorada" inside).

My wife and i were looking for a hotel closer to DIA but we had been driving for over 10 hrs and we saw this hotel off I-70. The location was not perfect for "us" but we were very surprised to find that for the price this hotel is wonderful. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety and selection of breads, fruit, cereals fruits and even hot waffles and eggs. The front desk clerk was great, our son was very cranky due to the long car ride but when the desk clerk started talking to him his attitude changed and he actually held a conversation with her and he's only 3! If we ever come through Denver we will definately book at this hotel.

On our way back home we decided to stay in Denver instead of driving through the night. We saw the Comfort Inn and Suites hotels while driving on I-70. We got there very late and my husband suffers from horrible headaches, the front desk clerk went out of her way to get us check in quickly. She was not only friendly and very polite but the fact that she went of her way to make sure we got a room away from the elevator and vending machines and on the top floor where it would be "quiet" for my husband, was very touching. Their continnental breakfast had hot waffles and omlettes which we didn't expect to be so tasty! A good variety of breads, cereals and drinks also they had fresh fuit which i appreciate in the morning! I would recommend this hotel to a business traveler and a family. I would stay there again without a doubt.
