BEST WESTERN Kiva Inn, Fort Collins

The Kiva Inn is a gem. Beautifully kept - very clean! Staff is friendly and helpful and breakfasts are super good for the ususal hotel spread. This is a greta value for the price. Theses rooms would be twice as much in a bigger city. I cannot recomment it enough!

We were visiting our student son there in Fort Collins for a few days and stayed at the Kiva Inn as it had been recommended to us by our friends. What a wonderful, warm and charming place to stay! Our room was very nice, large, clean and also very quite for some restful nights sleeping! The owners and entire staff all treated us just like family. This tidy inn is so very well kept, that it looks as if it is just a couple of years old!! Nice! The early breakfasts were very tasty with so many great choices for anyone's various morning hungers. Loved the fresh fruits and waffles too! Another surprize was the very reasonable room prices for such a well keep inn! We will be returning very soon and this is the only place we will want to stay. As we have now become friends with most of the whole inn staff. Dislikes. Cannot think of any real concerns while there. It is on the Eastern side of town, away from all of the area's college buzz. But that was pretty nice for us. And in the morning you can just step outside and look West to enjoy the view of a golden sunrise on the Rocky mountains. Talked to the owner-couple and they have invested a lot of their own time, energies and capital back into this inn, to maintain such high standards! They have won many excellence awards (which are on display) for what they are doing at their fine place. We highly recommend this Kiva Inn!!!

If your in the area this is a nice place to stay. Located near the center of town and close to golf. Our room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

We stayed 2 nights at the Best Western Kiva Inn and enjoyed our stay very much. Both our rooms including the bathrooms were very nice and clean. The hotel had a cozy warm feeling to it. I would definitely stay here again. It's a lot nicer than the typical best western.
