BRING YOUR PILLOWS

First, I`m sorry for my english. I`m a foreigner.
I made my reservation for this hotel GREAT DIVIDE LODGE - BRENCKENRIDGE, believing it was a nice place as I heard from the travel agency Mountain Reservations. As I was going with my family to spend Christmas night, I paid the maximum price to have the nicest room available at the hotel. I paid in advance of 3 months. Some weeks before going, I checked the price was much less than what I had paid. It hapened also with my sister in law, they complained and for that reason got free breakfast. When I checked in, they promised and WROTE that I would have free breakfast as well for all my family. We arrived from a long trip at 1am, everybody very tired, included my two sons(6 and 8 years old). They gave me the keys. Very far to get to the room. We got there finally. What was my surprise?! They gave me one of the worst room available. Small and in front of a small bulding`s roof. Our view was that roof and the size of the room was completely diferent of what I saw on the pictures. I went to the front desk, they gave me two other options. Checked both(remember, every body were very tired in the room, waiting). I choosed one that was bigger than the first with a nicer view but was not yet what I had paid. There explanation: The best rooms are ocupied. How can? I had paid for that! !!!!Sorry, they said!!!!Nothing else I can do.
On the other night, I realized that everyone in my family were suffering with the HIGH pillows. I asked fot thinner pillows and was not attended. I went to the front desk on the other day. Simply the attendant told me that they didn`t have and woudn`t consider my complaining because they wouldn`t provide another kind of pillow. Only one guest was complaining( me!). They were ironic with me. I went to downtown to buy thinner pilows to my family. I didn`t find any store selling pillows. Came back, complained again and nothing was made. We had to sleep with towels twisted on the last 2 days of sataying as we all had headacke with the pillows!!
Some staff were nice, some others were just terribles and desrespected.
Renting the skies at the hotel, the contract is about 5 pages. When I returned the skis I requested a receipt showing we had returned on time and in perfect conditions. The manager came and explained they don`t have any kind of receipt. We just have to trust on them without anything wroten. I said it was ok but if they complained in months ahead that I didn`t returned, how could I protect my self? He said, besides their colegues smilling: I CAN DRAW A HAPPY FACE AND GIVE TO YOU!! Everybody laughined of that, and I felt very disapointed.
At the check-out, my surprise. They didn`t HONOR WHAT THEY HAD WRITTEN. They CHARGED the breakfasts and wouldn`t give free as they promised. The manager said that they just would not consider their offer .
What else can I say after all I said here?
Try another hotel LESS STINKING and if you go to this one, BRING YOUR PILLOWS!!
