Steamboat's coziest true Ski-In/Ski-Out lodge, the legendary Ptarmigan Inn offers true western hospitality adjacent to the world-class ski slopes of Mount Werner and the Steamboat Ski Resort. This property is located at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, and is approximately 22 miles from the Yampa Valley Regional Airport. Local attractions include the Silver Bullet gondola, skiing, and mountain bike trails. Hotel amenities include the Snowbird Restaurant & Lounge during ski season, outdoor heated pool & hot tub, sauna, in-room coffee makers, hair dryers, irons & ironing boards, and complimentary internet throughout the hotel. On site ski amenities include the Christy Sports Ski and Snowboard rental and repair shop, and complimentary valet storage. Outside of ski season, a complimentary continental breakfast is offered daily. Parking for trailers or oversized vehicles is not available at the Ptarmigan Inn. Pets are allowed outside of ski season only, with a $20 fee per stay payable direct to hotel. Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms.
