We are responding to this review of this guest just now, since we have not been aware of this remark earlier.
First of all, we are shocked by this review, as well as deeply
offended, since the guest is straight out not telling the truth about anything. We have tried to accommodate this person the best way possible, but nothing seemd good enough.
Best Western Headquarters has investigated and closed this case, since clearly this person was just looking for some kind of compensation or free stay from the company and the only thing degrading and offensive, is this fairy tale story made up by this person that eventually has lead to reputation damage for our Hotel.
