Shower handle was broken in room 215. Only cold water came out of the shower head. Hotel staff would not fix or issue a partial refund.

one of worst hotel in pasadena. Holes in the walls, burned carpet, old furniture, small bed. Very Noisy, all night, no sleep!!! Got no...more
