Comfort Inn Santa Rosa, Santa Rosa

If you love freeway noise this is the place. Comp breakfast is bare bones with little that is healthy. My expereince with Comfort Inns has been good across the U.S. but this one is a minus three stars.

The full sized mattresses were a joke. Imposters, Fanta Beds. Lumpy and hard, we didnt sleep. Doors were squeaky. Rooms were way too small, my poor mom walked into the wall. I paid for a room for 3 adults and 1 child but the room was only big enough for the baby. The refridgerator was like an airplane taking off at the runway. Then the building began to shake. OMG! Earthquake! Then I realised it was the washing machines. But I have to say......it was the cleanest motel. The Elevator was so clean you could eat off the floor. I hope they pay the maids enough because the cleanliness is the only thing this place has to offer.

It is as always, wonderful stay! Very nice staff, good breakfast in the morning, decent coffee, good location and clean! Always a pleasure to stay here!

I liked the price. With an Auto Club discount, my room was less than $75. I also liked the location, because it is close to family and I intend to visit Santa Rosa regularly. And having wireless internet available was a definite plus. But I will not stay here a second time. The room was too small, it was dank, it was not clean. The bathroom fan did not work. The heater took too long to heat up. The sheets and pillows smelled bad. There was someone else's hair in the bathtub and someone else's bits of trash on the bathroom floor. I don't ask for much, but I do want a clean room for the night. This was definitely a "keep your socks on in bed" hotel and I won't book here again. Little things also bothered me. The toaster didn't work during the breakfast and there was no one available to provide a working one. There were other small budget motels in Santa Rosa that looked promising in terms of cleanliness and I plan to check them out before I leave town.

We have stayed here twice and it is very affordable, Sams for Play reataurant is excellent with very good service. Another 2-3 luggage racks would be nice. Thank-you

we travel a lot and found this location clean and comfortable...and best of all affordable with free wireless internet. location is near a large mall and plenty of places to grab a meal.
