i love big bear because it graet and the lake is big the service was graet and the rooms! were graet go big bear go big bear

My wife & i were going to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversery & her 27th birthday in big bear every thing was going great freinds & and family as well was comming for dinner we choose big bear vacations to assist us with our booking of a luxury rental. we both agreed on the Victorian Manor ,paid in full prior to checking in. once we arrived in big bear to check in the staff was nice got our keys on went on our way once we arrived & went in side we turned on the light immedietly seen a rat or mouse run across the hall way & into the closet we then proceeded to look around & in doing so we saw another rat or mouse in the kitchen if that was not bat we then found 2 mouse traps in the pantry and under the sink the carpet was stained and disgusting we went back to the office were we spoke to a gentleman who claimed to be acting as the supervisor in charge at that time told him what the problem was .he did try to offer us another rental but it was not what we wanted so he and i agreed for a refunf and we would head back to riverside,Ca.he was very apologetic and said his supervisor would be contacting us the next day never a call so 3 days later i called and the people who work the font desk would not let me talk to anybody higher than them so i just said for get it .40 days later i opened my credit card bill seen they charged the credit card when i called the rental company i got some lady with holding name & whom was extremely rude after getting no where with her and being put on hold for 19 minutes the genleman i spoke to that nite said he made a mistake and had to charge me even thouhg we did not stay because of the below standard rentsal which was infested with rats Or mice. we would never recommend this rental service to any one and yes we will be filing suite as well as calling the health deparment as well as the federal fraud commisions.
