Seasons 4 Condominiums, Mammoth Lakes

season4 (unit 102) was clean, cozy and comfortable for all of us.The (free) Mammoth Mountain shuttle picks us up right out the front door on 15min intervals.We can walk to the Village for anything we want or need.You don't need your car once you've arrived.The jacuzzi was relaxing and the ping pong and pool table was available for our enjoyment.But it was hard to beat the fireplace and cocktail hour in our mountain condo. we will definitely be back ! You should try it !

I've been coming to seasons 4 over 5 years. Condos tend to be ok but the service is poor. I bring my own towels and pillows. I found my pillow on the floor after the cleaning crew visited condo and my towels gone. After talking to the front desk they brought back my own towels - they literally took them out of dirty laundry and brought them back to me. I called back the front desk again and they apologized and offered to wash them for me - that is besides the point as the reason for bringing my towels from home IS not to be washed with other towels. Bad, bad, bad service! Apology doesn't really do it!

The Seasons 4 management will not accommodate guests during your stay without proof that the guest do not sleep over. I was accused of having too many people in the condo after I stated that there were correct amount of people. Beyond that, they accepted my reservation for 6 adults and 1 child and upon arrival they stated that they made a mistake and the child was no longer allowed. I was called repeatedly regarding my guest's departure from my condo. When I asked the main office if I was allowed any guest's during my stay, they said that it was okay to have guests over. However, it seems apparent that we were not allowed to have guests over due to the multiple phone calls I received on my cell phone and inside the condo. The threat of towing my guest's vehicles and calls to the police to remove us due to the belief that we had too many people in condo, were very unprofessional (especially after I have shown proof with a receipt of stay at another hotel from my guests) and disrespectful. I expected to be trusted and would like to enjoy my vacation with guests over for dinner, lunch, or anytime I feel appropriate without being harassed. If you want privacy, guests for dinner (without proper proof), trust, unnecessary threats of removal, beds with springs, and basic enjoyment of stay, I would not recommend this facility. However, if you feel that these items are not important, constant phone calls, accusations (even after proof is shown), sleeping on the couch, changing of accepted reservations because "someone made a mistake" even though they will not accept their error, and an aching back, I would highly recommend Seasons 4. I would visit Mammoth twice a year as a young boy and all thru high school, and we would always stay at Seasons 4. It was the greatest experience. However, now that I'm taking vacations of my own, I look for price as one of the key selling points. Who knew that Seasons 4 was so affordable? Not to mention one of the first stops on the bus after a long day on the slopes. I'm planning my next trip to Mammoth now, and with rates like this, there will be many more in the future. Great rates, great location, GREAT accommodations, not to mention the friendly staff!! -Matt

I've stayed in Seasons 4 (unit 179) a few times now, in both the winter and the summer. Now, it's the only place I go for my vacations. Such a comfortable place with all the amenities I could ever need. We slept well....great beds, and this particular unit is so clean and beautifully decorated, it is a treat to stay there. Also the shuttle is right there so hitting the slopes is easy, and in the summers it is centrally located to all of the lakes and hikes. Perfect location. It comfortably fits 6 people and my family has always loved the getaway. I can't wait to go back!

My husband and I have been going to Seasons 4 Condos every year for the past five years. We have stayed in three different units. All of the units are neat and clean and contain most of the necessary kitchen staples. The beds are very comfortable which is very important because we go during fishing season which means we are up very early in the morning, so a good nites sleep is a must. Although we have beeen to the condos in May, we have chosen the last few years to spend the week after labor day there. It has become a tradition for us now. The location is great (not too far from any lake) because traveling to surrounding cities like Bishop, etc., is really quick. I have nothing negative to say about the Seasons 4 Condos. We're preparing to go this September and will book our 2007 trip upon return.
