We'll NEVER be back!

Upon complaint for the horrific service for our meal on January 30th, causing our daughters to compete in a regional cheer competition without breakfast, we were advised that the hotel manager could not adjust our meal bill. She indicated she only had the ability to discount the children's meals and drinks. However, when we provided additional information that we were charges for 2 bagels, and only 1 was ordered, she was somehow able to make that adjustment. As our complaint progressed, statements of ability and authority changed, contradicting prior statements. While the staff is horrible at providing hospitality, they are adept at making excuses and altering reality.
When I asked if we, as guests, had contributed in ANY way to this disastrous service, your hotel manager agreed that we had not. Therefore I ask again, to be reimbursed for the expenses associated with our stay, as the overall service at your hotel was abominable. I find it astonishing that the own manager wouldn't offer any assistance with our situation, after agreeing that we did nothing wrong or causal in this situation.
