Will NEVER stay here again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/22/09
The manager gave me a smoking room instead of a non-smoking as requested. No maps of hotel or surrounding area. No restaurant guides, not even a menu of the in-hotel restaurant! Bar closed by 9:25 PM. Showerhead partially clogged so spray came out sharp. Fire alarm went off while taking shower, from the steam of shower. Gym had four machines, two of which did not work properly, and no water. I will never stay here again.

Good overall
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/27/07
Really liked the location, with shopping malls, Avis car hire, shops and numerous eating places nearby. Plenty of parking too. The hotel interior is not very well lit. I think they've done this intentionally but the room seemed rather gloomy because the lights were not very bright. However, this may suit some people.

Ok, I would stay again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/27/06
I picked this hotel because it has free wireless internet access in the rooms. It has a nice pool and its close to the mall and restaurants. Workout facilities are minimal. I had to buy a day pass atr a nearby gym to get a decent workout.

When we first arrived, I didn't like how dark the interior was. I didn't like the hotel design. There were several buildings situated around the pool. In order to get to our room, we had to go through a small door in their restaurant and walk around the poolside through security doors. By the way, I forgot to mention that it was raining! The buildings do have other secured entrances next to the parking lot which made it more convenient. We realized this after we were soaked. The front desk personnel didn't inform us while checking in. The room was ok but felt dark and musty. The restaurant was horrible. Food tasted bad, overpriced, and the service was bad. We were the only guests eating there. The only thing I liked was the pillows. Each queen bed had 4 pillows! It is located close to restaurants and shopping centers. They did offer complimentary internet use of 1 computer which I found great to check emails. We prepaid $80 per night. I feel it is a little overpriced however, I think other hotels nearby were higher.

We'll NEVER be back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/10/05
Upon complaint for the horrific service for our meal on January 30th, causing our daughters to compete in a regional cheer competition without breakfast, we were advised that the hotel manager could not adjust our meal bill. She indicated she only had the ability to discount the children's meals and drinks. However, when we provided additional information that we were charges for 2 bagels, and only 1 was ordered, she was somehow able to make that adjustment. As our complaint progressed, statements of ability and authority changed, contradicting prior statements. While the staff is horrible at providing hospitality, they are adept at making excuses and altering reality. When I asked if we, as guests, had contributed in ANY way to this disastrous service, your hotel manager agreed that we had not. Therefore I ask again, to be reimbursed for the expenses associated with our stay, as the overall service at your hotel was abominable. I find it astonishing that the own manager wouldn't offer any assistance with our situation, after agreeing that we did nothing wrong or causal in this situation.
