The Best location and service

i dislike the fact that my visit was so short but the best were wonderful that stay and service was great i was upgraded to a nice room, because of the other guest the bad part was i didnt recieve my menu in the room but everything else was greaT WOULD DEFINATELY tell friends and family... micheal b merilee and josh were the best..

Close to Downtown

I really needed to be Downtown LA and wanted to us Starwood SPG points but Sheraton LA was sold out. The Gold Line light rail was recomended and worked great. Only 20 minutes and all above ground from Union Station to Del Mar stop just 3 blocks from Sheraton Pasadena and Pasadena Convention Center. Very friendly staff and great bed/room! Did not realize and will call hotel shuttle next time for pick up at light rail station. Not a long walk but I had a large bag. Old Town Pasadena and all the restaurants and shopping just a block away. Will be back next year. Forget staying Downtown LA. TL

Value of the Hotel

Did not get a free complimentary breakfast. Almost every hotel gives you a free continental breakfast. The hotel is and looked old. Should'nt the hotel parking be free?

i can't believe how uncomfortable the beds were. There was no free breakfast whoch is ridicelous when u spend that much to sleep on an uncomfortable bed. The lobby looked like wal mart. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. Never going to stay there again!

Would never go there again!

The staff was unpleasant, there was very loud construction going on all day- beginning early in the morning, the hotel room was very drab. Only stay there if you will be spending practically no time in your room whatsoever. But in that case, why spend the money. Not worth it.

There are better choices

Property is in need of refurbishing. Room was very dated and felt like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned . Elevators are unpredictable. Staff was adequate.

Sheraton Pasadena

I was married here and a lot of my out of town family/friends stayed as guest. The wedding coordinator Natalia was very helpful. The facilities/food were great and overall it was in a nice location.

This hotel is one of the most poorly managed Sheraton Hotels that I have stayed at. I was extremely disappointed. The staff was unprofessional and the rooms were not cleaned properly.
