My travel agent booked a stay here and later cancelled it for me because of a change in plans. The hotel charged me for the stay as a "no show", I was traveling in Nov.'06, the reservation was cancelled my agent in Sept.'06......what's wrong with these people?
My agent left numerous phone calls to the manager, with no returning phone calls both myself and my travel agent were outraged at the non service of this hotel manager and it's employee's receiving both our calls!
The manager was finally contacted by my agent , her reply was "oh we forgot to credit your client, it was a mistake"...Mistake? A resv that was cancelled in Sept for a trip I had cancelled for Nov, with Confirmation from this hotel!
Beware.....I'm still waiting for my refund!
