LOVED It!
By stara fina, 01/22/10
I had to pay full price because it was Martin Luther King Weekend, However the rooms were perfect, the staff kind and nice, service punctual, and I would definitely go back again. It really is a happening place for night life, and very enjoyable and everything is very close by. For the people that complain that everything was really bad...perhaps you are negative to begin with, or you see life in a mean fashion. If you are open, and friendly, you will be treated with great respect. If you are a pompous, ill mannered curmudgeon, you will be scoffed and rejected. Thanks HOLIDAY INN! Even PITBULL has a song after the INN, "Hotel Motel Holiday Inn."

Business Use
By Burbank, 07/24/07
I use this Hotel at least 6-10 times a year for my clients. The space alone worth the money. The building is huge. Pool, Gym, Office, Bar, Restaurant, Meeting Rooms, Parking etc. What more camn you ask. If any of you guys had any "bad" experiance with the hotel it's just life. I had bad experiance in 5 Star hotels and nobody cared. Anyway, I like it and it always impresses my clients considering what you get for the price. There minor down sides but so in everything else in life. Cheers.. :-)

Worst hotel experience ever
By Pat, 04/22/07
When we first got there, they already warned us that they would kick us out.. we were all dressed nice because we came from a formal party... so they had no right to assume we were going to cause trouble... after we went to the formal party, we came back and the person at the desk pointed at us... we went up to the room and two security gaurds kicked us out for no reason... we had just got there... we were not noisy... they just assumed we were up to no good... we had a fit and talked to the managers and all the people working at the office to complain.. we finally left the hotel because we were too sick of the bad service and the descrimination... the head manager later found out that our party was actually one that he had personally help book and is now scared that we will get him fired... we are all sending letters to corporate for the trouble they caused... we had to pay for parking for 6 cars and we were barely there for 10 minutes because they kicked us out... we really hope that the manager, security gaurds, and desk clerk get fired... Holiday Inn in Burbank gave us all the worst hotel experience ever....

we are sad that we may not be going back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/06/07
This was our second stay there. We booked several rooms and suites. The suite above us was so noisy and the hotel was booked up. This was New Years Eve. There was a very large party in the room above us. The hotel manager could not find it but we did. There were about twenty people in the room as well as under age drinking. At 3:00 in the morning we had to get dressed and leave. The manager said it was a monthly renter. I guess we were a no never mind!! Being in our second forty years and looking for local places to stay we were sadly upset!!! This hotel has alot of rift-raft and suspecious activity. At 3:00 in the morning the arriving guests appeared to be slightly different than the normal party crowd. Our first time we stayed we had a great time. If you browse the parking structure you will find several broken down and unregistered vehicles!!

First time to BURBANK!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/27/06
The hotel was in a very nice location, one strret off of what is called restraunt row. Everything you could imagine is nestled right at your fingure tips! There is a mall, movie theater, tons of places to eat all different ethnic foods, along with the everyday restraunts! A great experience!

Burbank Holiday Inn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/04/06
This was my second stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near a shopping center and restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean, and my request for a non-smoking room was honored. In fact, I was upgraded to a suite because that was the only non-smoking room available at the time. Room service was prompt and courteous. The check-in service could have been friendlier but other than that, I have no complaints.

Nice Stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/22/06
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful in every way. The location cannot be beat! Everything there at the Media Center is within walking distance to the Hotel. The view in the Crystal View Bar on the 18th floor is awesome! I would definately stay there again.

Don't let them send you to the 19th floor!
By scarlet hawkmoon, 01/14/06
I've stayed there in 2 occasions. You can walk a very short distance to go to the cinema, the mall and many nice shops and restaurants. The only "but" I give it is that in my second visit, they gave me a room in the 19th floor (the elevator only reaches to the 18th floor) so I had to take the stairs -carrying my luggage- to a really creepy floor. It's not well illuminated and to my surprise it had the worst tobacco smell. I decided to move to a coworker's room; but I know the hotel would have arranged another room for me if I had ask. The people there is very friendly and helpful, but in my next visit I'll ask first for a non-smokers floor. Overall, it's a great place to stay.
