Hometown Inn Buena Park, Buena Park

The hometown inn is my favorite hotel to go too. I have been going there since i was about 5 years old. It has many places near it like reastarants and Knotts Berry Farm. So if im getting ready to go somewhwere i usually just walk because everything is in walking distance. Everytime i go to Cali. I always choose this hotel and i'm getting ready to make another reservation right now so i can go back in a couple of weeks!!! They also have good service, a nice pool, and good donuts in the morning. this is my favorite hotel to go too.

Their Customer Service is the worse, and they seem to have different rules to be followed via the guest length of stay. All the rates and makes them up as he goes, he is very rude and will come to your room often finding any reason to complain sometimes very late at night. The internet doesn’t work. The manger is very rude and I feel like I got ri pped off just being there. (STAY AWAY OR SUFFER THE WRATH OF THE CRAPIEST HOTEL EVER!!!!!)

Good price - $52 per night, I think - my husband paid. Stayed four nights. The rooms were clean. Beds were great for the price. Nice furniture. Nice TV. Small refrigerator and a microwave. Bathroom was fine. Staff changed and made our beds daily and didn't mess with our stuff. Pool was clean. My in-laws have stayed there a few times before and that is how we found out about it. On Beach Blvd., close to Knotts & Disneyland. Walking distance from Po Folks, Starbucks, McDonald's, Claim Jumper, etc. My family would stay there again, but bring your blow dryer, clothes iron & coffeemaker as there isn't any in rooms.

We have been staying at this motel for years now, it was called Gaslite previously. Rates are great, rooms are always clean and staff friendly and helpful. Close to Knotts Berry Farm and shops around the corner

i know that place,since 1983 when it's called GASLITE MOTEL, and i've no complaints at all. i use to stay there every time i went to CALIFORNIA . the last one was in 2006,but i'm planning to be there again soon. cesar cremonini-BRASIL

I stayed there a couple of times before and we had a nice quiet room in the back. A little bit of noise during the day from some neighbors, but management alievated the situation with tactfulness. At the current price ($40/night), it was pretty good. Close to Knotts Berry Farm and Buena Park Mall, and Disneyland is just a 10 minute drive away. They even have a local WiFi connection on the property too. All in all, I would keep going back when I need to. It made for a pleasent trip.

This is a very good hotel. Very good location, not far from many shopping and attractions. The service is very friendly. The breakfast was very complete. The rooms was clean. But some time to much noise up stairs I recommend it.

While small seemingly just another "cheap" hotel, I was surprised by Hometown Inn and have just made my reservation for my third stay. Inexpensive and convenient for those wishing to be close (in walking distance) to Knott's Berry Farm, Pirate Adventure, etc... If you need a hotel and are on a budget, this is a great place to stay a few nights.

there friendly it's close to alot of different places. very clean price was very reasonble we just enjoyed our overall stay there.the beds were very comfortable i had only 1 complaint about the neighbors above us but the management took care of it right way so i was quite pleases and we will go back again.
