Me and my friend stayed here for practically a full week on internet marketing business with a company in Mountain View. The staff was extremely pleasant and also very helpful. There was a great lobby room with a huge TV. Within walking distance to a great restaurant "Sizzler". The room included a TV, really comfortable bedding (labeled firm and soft pillows! A good plus for me), kitchenette,.... All the amenities of the hotel made it feel like a home away from home. the breakfast was very significant (one of the best i've had at a hotel in a long time) and there was a comfy eating spot. We would personally suggest this place to others.

KEEP ON DRIVING!

I just booked two nights there for the 4th of July weekend. I checked out after staying one miserable night. Where do I start. Front desk service was horrific, she talked on the phone for 25 min as I sat there waiting to be checked in. The room stunk of cigarette smoke and was dirty, the TV screen was green, the bathroom was very worn. When I arrived back at the hotel late at night to sleep, my room key no longer worked, the lobby was locked, so I had to wait for the night person to return and help me through a small window. It was miserably loud all night. I went to check out early and they didnt ask how my stay was or why I was leaving, then about an hour later they called me to remind me to come pay for my second night, I informed them that I had checked out already, she had no clue, she asked me what room I was staying in and then said oh ok bye. WORST PART OF IT ALL BEWARE PF BED BUGS!!! Its worth the money to stay somewhere nicer!

'VERY Good Customer Services'

first i like the hotel its very nice inside and the location is very quite. very good customer services on the front desk clerk Sarishma. very polite like her attutide helpful. the rrom was very nice big jacuzzi clean. but breakfast was not very good. but over all we like to stay in that hotel again.

Wish they would stay open

I loved this place. My girls and I needed a place to stay while my husband was having surgery at Stanford. But his surgery got canceled. But they were so understanding and refunded the two nights we had already paid for. I know that if this place was still going to be open when he goes back for his surgery this is where we would stay. Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. And I've never seen any motel where they had a hot breakfast and they a hot breakfast and dinner. Plus the price was right. And the people there were awesome. I have pre teen girls and they are hard to please and even they were pleased. If you have a chance to stay there please do. You'll feel right at home and very peaceful.

What a deal!

Free breakfast and dinner. Actually good food, not cheap continental. Example: scrambled eggs, sausage, hamburgers, casserole, etc. The jacuzzi could fit 3 people. Very clean. Didn't get our jacuzzi room the first noght but they made sure we had one the 2nd night. That was our only complaint. Otherwise, we'll be back!

We were so pleased

We were there on two occasions when we had to travel to Stanford from Canada for our daughter's two open-heart surgeries. Both times were got the housekeeping unit. Our room was always clean, beds made, everything full. On the one occassion our fridge quit in the kitchen and the staff had it replaced with a brand new one straight from the box within an hour. The staff were very friendly and compassionate during this, the most difficult times of our lives.

Good for what it is

It's in a good location and is decent for the price. Call-in reservations sometimes are difficult. But the rooms are ok. They have moved price up a bit as weeks go on and maybe soon won't be such a value. I would rather not have the food than more price hikes.

The rates were advertised in the low 50's for a room. 1. The rooms were 79.00 for us and 3 adults, 2 beds. 2. The carpet was badly stained. 3. The closet rack broke when we hung our clothes. 4. The bugs were lots because someone left the screen door open. 5. Plumbing was very slow to drain. 6. We wiped the bathroom and the towel turned black. 7. The police come at 7 am to record the driver's license and credit card information. 8. I was told the hotel has the right to give any and all information to the police because it is now public information.

Got more than I expected

For $64.00 we got a clean hotel room with a big 4 foot jacuzzi tub. A microwave & fridge .. air conditioning.. buffet dinner & buffet breakfast included. I thought I was on candid camera waiting for the joke to end. It seemed too good to be true. We will be staying there again soon!

Great little place to stay

A decent good value hotel in Mountain View. Basic but nice with decent service. It's located on El Camino Real and you can walk to downtown Mountain View's Castro Street for lots of good dining options.
