Customer Service ? Not so much

It was my fault, I left a article of clothing hanging in my room and checked out. However, one visit, and three phone calls later, still nobody can tell me where my jacket is. I'm getting a complete run around from the staff "I suspect because one of them is wearing my jacket" . I'm going to get working up the food chain on this, but is this really the way a customer should be treated ?! I'm done, stay at your own risk, but watch your stuff !!!!
