Don't Stay Here!!

When we checked in, the toilet didn't flush. It took them one hour to fix it and they made a mess of the room. They cleaned up the bathroom that overflowed with toilet water with clean bath towels.......I'd never want to use those again. There were never enough towels in the room for 3 of us. When we checked in there were no towels in the room at all and they'd only bring us one at a time when we asked for them. The linens were old and dingy......very worn. The continental breakfast was missing many items and everyone had to ask for nevessary things like, napkins, coffee to be made, waffle syrup, coffee cups, etc. The juices were warm. Everyone there was complaining it. When we went in to check out, we had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to arrive.........they reservation desk was completely void of any Ramada Inn personnel. At 10:00 a.m. there was no manager on duty to discuss this with. There were no comment cards to be found in the room or in the main office. The people at the desk couldn't even find them.....even after searching through the office and papers all over the counter. All she could do was to give us his name....Bobby Patel.....and that she'd tell him whenever he would arrive. It was a disaster!! We will NEVER stay here again. Others that we spoke with, said the very same thing. We've stayed at Ramada Inns before and never had this kind of experience. There were other deficiencies, but I won't go into them now. I really believe that I should be compenstated for my stay here. I didn't pay almost $100.00 for this kind of service. I'd appreciate a contact from someone fron Ramada Inn Customer Service ASAP to discuss these issues and others that I have not mentioned. Thanks....Mr. RFC in San Diego, California.
