Fantastic Place
By Jerry, 11/12/09
They have clean rooms with the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Nice flat screen TV, FREE breakfast and relaxing pool, sauna and hot tub. They were the cheapest hotel in the area for the amenities they offer. Very nice staff and Manager. Other reviews must be from a previous management! They have discounts at their partner spa. We saved about 20% which is a lot for a Napa spa. Definitely would come back.

Much Better than Reviews Said
By Phantom, 04/03/09
From the previous reviews, one would think this place was a dump. That's far from the truth. We stayed one night during the week, received a AAA rate and paid less than $100 plus tax for the night. The room was well appointed, up-to-date, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. So, it's not The Four Seasons but it's also not $400/night.

Worst Experience Ever
By Elana, 11/02/08
The management is horrible and disorganized. They over-charged my credit card by almost $3500! They have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I'm currently having to dispute the charge with my credit card company, because the management is completely unresponsive. Do not stay here, it is run by a bunch of criminals! Stay at the Best Western across the street; it's nicer and cheaper.

DO NOT STAY HERE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/06/08
First room had ALOT of ants in the bathroom and they tried to blame it on us saying we probably left food in the room. Gave us another room & we decided to check EVERYTHING. lifted up the mattress and there was a LIVE bug EATING another bug on the boxspring. If you've seen the shows on bedbugs, i'm sure you wouldn't keep the room either. They gave us another room and this one had a HUGE red stain on the floor right at the entrance. We decided this is just unacceptable and decided to drive all the way home for the night instead. They wouldn't give me the refund right away. Instead the girl at the front desk was incredibly rude! handed me her manager's business card and said i can talk to him regarding the refund. and i asked "so he'll refund me?" and she had the nerve to say, "we don't need your money anyway!!!" a week later, not only did i NOT get refunded, but they charged me an extra $100 claiming we "vandalized" the room and leaving it in an un-resaleable condition because the sheets were messed up and the towels were wet. WHY WOULD THEY GIVE OUT ROOMS IN THAT CONDITION TO ANYONE? ESPECIALLY WITH BUGS ON THE BED? obviously they know the bad conditions of their rooms and they STILL sell it out! This place is NOT worth your time or money! oh and they claimed the big red stain was a pen ink stain. that must've been a pretty large pen to make a stain the size of a duffel bag! if i could, i would give this place negative stars!

Unfriendly Staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/10/07
The lady at front desk must have a bad day. We arrived at 9pm at night and tired. The last thing we wanted to see was unfriendly staff. We asked for a second floor room and she wanted to charge us extra money. We thought it might be just us but she had the same problem with the next customer!! The room was okay. Hot pool was really small (4 people was way too many). Pool was small. Unless you don't have other choice, I wouldn't recommend you to stay here.

No frills hotel
By Peech, 07/16/06
The hotel is a little run down but basically is a clean and no-frills place to stay while in the Napa Valley area. There is no element of romance here.

Will never stay there again.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/08/05
Exterior of the hotel appears run down and in need of repair. There was a chemical odor in our room probably from cleaning solutions. There was a space for a refrigerator but no refrigerator. The pool and spa area was not appealing. The water in the spa was green and dirty. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The shower was very hard to regulate and the water coming out of the shower head had no pressure at all. Not enough towels were provided. Paid $159.99 and don't feel like it was worth it. The only redeeming value was the location and the continental breakfast with freshly made waffles.
