Hotel Paseo, Corona

I have a gift certificate for this hotel that I purchased a couple of years ago for the Lovers Indulgence Package. Unfortunately with me being in the military I'm not home very often and have not had much opportunity to use it. Having an extra couple of days at home this holiday season I called the hotel to book the room. I was told that they no longer accepted this gift certificate. When I pointed out that this was in clear violation of California Civil Code Sections 1749.45-1749.6 the response I received was that if I wished to take it further I could but they were unwilling to do anything for me. I am bitterly disappointed with this level of service from a hotel that states on their website: "As the old adage goes, perception is everything, this is not true for us. Perceived value is only valid at arrival, real value is realized at departure. However, exceptional value is unforgettable, it is everything, it is the summation of the whole experience and it is derived from a sustained commitment to the price, service & quality relationship." This hotel not only operates using illegal business practices but has absolutely no consideration for customer satisfaction and clearly does not support the men and women of this country who fight to keep it free. Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, atrocious customer service.

The hotel is charming. That is the only reason I returned several times. The staff is limited because it was run by the proprietor, and the girls at the desk are nice. However, unlike any typical corporate hotel chain, they try to nickel and dime you on the way out to absorb your cash / credit deposit. Even if you are a return customer, they keep notes in the computer about the condition of the room after you left. I stayed at the hotel severl times in the past year. However, after the last stay I decided for the cost I could go to the nice corporate hotel across the street that wil treat a repeat customer with greater respect and appreciation.

This hotel is very charming with beautiful rooms. We had 8 rooms there for my family and everyone was very pleased. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. I stayed in the studio suite the day of my wedding and it was absolutely fabulous...spacious to get ready. Highly recommend Hotel Paseo.

the writter of the "horrible place" review below sounds like they were an employee or something. This Hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff is nice and everyone is treated nice. I have been there 10 to 15 times a year and it is always nice. The owner by the way does not hang out there, so again you can see that review is bogus and has no value. Look at all the reviews here and you can see this is a perfect place and the price is very good also.

Nice rooms, nice staff. The cleaning staff is also nice and fast to get a room ready for early check-in. I come to this hotel about 2 to 3 times a month and just love it.

The Hotel Paseo exceeded our expectations. A beautiful room that had every luxury of an expensive hotel. The room was clean, peaceful and nicely appointed. The additional touches included high quality bath products, exceptional linens and superior electronics. Our room had a huge jacuzzi tub. We were delighted to find a complementary breakfast in the lobby in the morning. We will definitely stay at this quaint hotel again and recommend it to family and friends.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. The service was wonderful. Rooms were clean. Loved the Wednesday night karoke party. The staff made you feel like family. I would stay there again.

Very Romantic!! Never experience anything like it.We didn't have to drive in traffic to enjoy ourselves. Close to home. Best of all this reignited our passion for each other!! Do it again in a heart beat!!!!

The area is not very nice. However, the hotel is very clean and nice. I was surprised that this two star hotel was so beautiful.
