Rodeway Inn Temecula, Temecula

We have stayed here approximately 4-5 times now and wouldn't stay anywhere else! The location is wonderful. The cleanliness and maid service was great!! The management was very friendly, courtious and professional! We are planning our next trip! If you are planning a visit to Temecula, this is THE place to stay!!!!

Good location, it was quiet when we went the week before Memorial Day, but the airconditioning was not working (a few other units besides ours), at a record-breaking heatwave weekend! We got lucky and got a unit that had air, just don't know what the others did that night, whew!!! Also, problems with the key not working. Heard that from other customers too. Booked online so we got a good rate, will have really complained if we paid regular rate

Our first clue should have been when the front desk answered the phone on our arrival, with "it's those people complaining about their toilet again." Our own room toilet took the Hulk to operate. We had drunken parties outside our room from the Stampede until 2 a.m., and after our repeated calls to the front desk for assistance, nothing was resolved. Instead of courtesy on the phone, we got attitude. It was more like a college dormitory, than a hotel. Avoid this place if you need sleep. The high weekend rate for proximity to the Stampede, accommodation and lack of professional management, made our choice a bad one - you might want to think twice.
