I will never go back! There was a huge roach in the tub which I squished. They sent someone to come clean it up. Fireworks were set off for Disneyland right next to the hotel and woke my 5 year old granddaughter and I out of a sound sleep. It sounded like bombs going off and gunfire. We were really scared. It took me a good two minutes to realized it was fireworks. I shoudl have been told the fireworks were being set off so close before we booked the hotel. I stay in Anaheim in a hotel close to Disneyland every year and have NEVER had this happen. You can always hear the fireworks at a distance, but I have never heard them like they were fired off at our door! When I wrote to Best Western after the trip, they said the hotel told them that they had changed our room and we never complained about anything else besides the roach. That definately wasn't the case. I won't ever go back! The least they could have done was comp one of the two days. At least the desk clerk and handyman were nice.
