Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced
Pictures make the hotel look nicer than reality. We booked because of the price and proximity to the beach and bars. However, the day manager was horribly rude and we were creeped out by the information collected by the night patrol. When we checked out, the day manager wanted to verify with us that only two girls stayed in the room because the night patrol had heard male voices in the room late at night. He wanted to charge us for having our friends in the room with us, even though they did not stay the night. He also referred to a noise disturbance that was written by the night patrol. He lectured my friend on the importance of following through with noise policies, especially when you initial the policy at check-in. Of course other guests are going to hear everything when the windows need to be open due to the lack of air conditioning. My friend and I could not wait to leave the office, since we felt like a couple of teenage girls that has just been reprimanded by our fathers. He did not make us pay for the extra 'guests' to our room, but stated that next time he will be charging us. Next time?? Yeah right, there will be no next time!!
