Not impressed with management...

Well. I've stayed there several times and even though I'm only an hhonors Gold member, I feel that everytime I stayed there, I was someone new... I never got the fuzzy welcome feeling like "Welcome back Mr. Lacroix" ... That being said, I also kept getting different prices everytime I would book which took alot of effort and explaining to get the proper corporate discounts that our company had negotiated with the Hotel chain. On my first stay, I got upgraded to the "Concierge" floor with "Full" breakfast included each day for approximately 20 days. On the second visit, I had to explain to them what they had given me before but managed to get a standard room at a more expensive rate and no breakfast. On the third stay, I didn't get anything. I was planing to book the hotel again for the 4rth stay this year, but after painfully explaining to the clerk how my previous rates were, and that I would like to have at least consitency between trips, she just wouldn't give me the corporate rates I used to have. Just before I git a chance to ask to speak with the manager, she hung up. Therfore, I have now decided to change hotel establishment for corporate reasons... I assume a leisure stay would be OK but knowing what I do now, I would definitely suggest a different Hotel.
