Travelodge Springdale, Springdale

I honestly love this hotel. We go to arkansas every two years and and the staff is pretty good i dont think it smells at all and the rooms that we get are always clean. the pool is my favorite im in it till opens and till it closes.

I'm lating writing this review, but here goes anyways. Last year we myself and 3 others stayed here for the hogs Spring game. There was a cockroach in our room. Not on that, but the rooms stunk and the T.V. had practically no channels. We will not be going back

This place is a dive, dump...however you want to put it. They have an indoor pool, but it isn't used or heated--it just sits there. They have smoky non-smoking rooms and broken bed frames all over the side yard. They take no pride in their business!! Spend your money somewhere better taken care of!

ROOMS SMELLED AND WE HAD TO ASK FOR NEW BLANKET AS THE ONE ON THE BED WAS FILTHY. ROOMS ARE DINGY AND BREAKFAST THAT IS INCLUDED IS SPARTAN. ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGED MORE THAN THE QUOTED RATE FOR TWO PERSONS IN A ROOM. THIS IS NO LONGER A BEST WESTERN AND THERE IS A VERY GOOD REASON FOR THAT. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE THE LOWEST OF EXPECTATIONS.

I did not like this place on my most recent stay there. I have stayed at this partiular inn many times over the years but it is now owned by new company and they are not nice at all. Not only are they very hard to understand they stated that if we did like our room we could leave but that they would not refund our stay. Bugs in the room. And had a very distinct odor about the entire place that was not pleasant. On future trips to this area we will definantly have to find a different hotel to stay in.

Our experience was AWFUL. We arrived at night and checked in around 10pm. My younger brother and his girlfriend, me and my botfriend, and our two children got a double. I left for a few moments and returned and was informed by my younger brother that we were staying with ROACHES! It was already too late to drag everybody back to the vehicle and find another hotel. Half of everybody was already asleep. We called the office that night and they only offered another room, everyone knows if roaches are in one room they are everywhere! So we decided to stay the night anyways. I did not get any sleep and I had to be up early the next morning for a wedding that I was in. My boyfriend went into the office the next morning and tried to get a refund and they told him no. That it was against there policy to reufnd money. We even got pictures of the little pests, and had alive specimen and handed it to the manager.
