I would go back again and did...

The room was clean, the front desk lady was pleasant,everything worked well,and close to everything. We enjoyed our one nite stay and later in day after going to Tombstone and Bisbee decided we would go back to Sierra Vista for another nite at the Quality Inn. Especially liked having a coffee pot,microwave,fridge in room. Tv was large and new. We would go back anytime.
 
 
 
 
 
Dirty not willing to resolve matter!

Room wasn't clean went to front desk. They never resolved the problem so we left early. very rude and unprofessional. The hot tub wasn't in use it was empty and looked like it hasn't been inservice for yrs. only good thing they had and that was the highspeed internet.

QUALITY INN IN SIERRA VISTA

THIS HOTEL WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THE HOTEL ROOM WAS FREEZING, BUCKETS TO CATCH TEH LEAKING ROOM.
