Days Inn Airport LAX Maingate, Inglewood

While staying there part of my luggage was stolen from my hotel room.(As a frequent traveler I left the luggage with a combination lock and I always make sure the door is locked)When I report it to the Manager he said that it was not possible,that I made it up. He did not want to give me any information as to whom should I contact to get this resolved.I sent him a fax with a list of the items stolen and he did not contacted me to indicate that the fax was received(as I requested in the fax). When asked for his boss's name he does not want to give me his name nor his address.You cannot obtain any type of information from these guys.There is too much secrecy on their part like that they are hiding something.Why is it that a Manager can not give the name of his boss?? I contacted Days Inn headquarters and will not do anything on my behalf. This hotel is not safe.Do not stay in it.

my husband stepped on a pin and when we complained to the manager about it he told us we were just making it up!they're not doing a good job cleaning their place,i would never recommend this place especially if you have kids its dangerous good thing it was not my daughter who stepped on it.we went to california for a vacation as a family and this incident ruined our stay there!they need to replace the manager ASAP because he's so unprofessional and he's bringing the hotel's name.
