BEST WESTERN Executive Inn, Carrollton

We chose to stay at the Best Western in Carrollton due to the price offered. We knew we would only be sleeping there and only required a clean room. The price we were offered was $58 a night plus taxes. We reserved online at this price for two nights and received a confirmation number. We printed out the confirmation which showed a total for 2 nights of $127.74 including all taxes. When we went to check out the clerk charged us $85 for the second night and the total was $158.24. We showed the clerk the confirmation and the price guaranteed on the confirmation and she said there was nothing she could do. She would have the manager call us. Of course the manager never called us and the charge went through despite our refusing to sign the charge slip. We contacted Best Western National, who opened a file on the incident but it has been 4 days and no word from anyone. We will continue to follow up until we receive satisfaction. Beware of this hotel. I had never stayed at a hotel where they refused to honor the condirmed price and said there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, We will never stay there again.
