Be careful... the brand name is so misleading. The property is great but the service and overall experience is a disaster. Think twice!

I will never come back

I reserved 7 night deluxe sea view room for $600 per night when I came they said they have no room for me the only room is upper class em baseder suit and they charge me more than &1300 per night , and after 3 days they canceled our keys and they said we must leave the hotel and after long argument they said you can stay 2 more days and we will not garanty the last day , the breakfast is good but the service terrible the pools are very nice but the customer service is bad an attendant screamed at my 10 years old son because he used the kids slide although he used it all day the day before

just relax

on a recent trip with my wife and two children, we did enjoy every moment we stayed there.the pool area was great so was the service and the atmosphere the only thing that was not to our complete satisfaction was the beach area wich was dirty not well attented and plenty of rocks

I went to 5 stars hotel expecting that i will get 5 stars services, unforuntly the following happened: 1. I asked for a double room...i got a room with two single beds. 2. the room was full of smoke while no body asked if we are smokers or non smokers. 3.we left during the day for a site seeing and we came back arounf 7 in the evening, and the room was not cleaned. 4.Finally i decided to do the checkout and i received a higher price.. not the same price indicated at the hotel confirmation i received.. I was really disturbed by the lack of service i had over there..moreover this hotel is one the designated hotels for the UN staff in Lebanon.

I like every thing there . you can use ur laptop . frindly people . good place to stay . and i can not wait to go back again . nice shop and pool , you can make frinds ther easy .

Too expensive and no service without paying extra money. to park your car it cost between 10 and 30 dollars a day depend on how many time you leave the hotel.

moeven pick hotel in Beirut

we stayed in the hotel for 5 days. the exterior is great as well as the facilities that is the gym ,swimming pools,restaurant.etc. It was a bit of a disappointment in the rooms, which were spacious, but the furniture and the curtains looked tired. the carpet was stained though hovered.The breakfast was generous and very good. the staff were pleasant. I think the rooms need to be refurbished soon,so as the hotel can liv eupto its reputation. I do not mind staying there again only because of the impressive pool. the beach needs a face lift.
