Not Impressed

There were several dislikes. First, I was assigned to an unclean room that had been freshly painted. The front desk clerk failed to provide this small bit of information upon check-in. There were, however, no problems moving us to another room. That room was acceptable but both the bathroom floor and tubs had a slippery substance on them and the bed had a peculiar odor. Upon check-out, I learned that the hotel was not giving late check-outs and that my room key had been deactivated prior to 10:00 AM; at least one hour before the scheduled check-out time. The finaly straw was when I arrived at my room prior to the scheduled check-out time to find my door open. Upon questioning management officials, the maid was located. When questioned, she said that she was coming right back. I was not at all impressed with this hotel.
