Ashton Inn and Suites, Pensacola

We stayed with our youth group and we killed roaches the whole time. We changed room hoping it would help but it didn't. They supposedly came and sprayed. It didn't help. They didn't seem too concerned and said they would have the general manager call us and compensate somehow. We are still here waiting for that to happen. We can't leave because we have no where else to go. There is a conference going on in town and we have about 20 people with us.

Our stay here has been a nightmare. We checked in to a room that had popcorn under the bed, dirty utinsels, and smelled horrible. The moved us next to a group of guys who were vomiting on peoples cars, breaking bottles on the floors, and just raising cain. To make things worse the pools and ground are gross. There has been feces inside the kiddie pool for now 3 days, wasp nest in the gazebo, and bottle caps, cig. wrappers , and just general nastiness our entire stay.

The room was vey spacious and extremely clean, very clean bathroom. The small kitchen and fridge came in very handy! They have excellent service, the staff is very friendly.

this hotel is very outdated and the bed had cheap mattresses the bedding itself were not soft. The last day of my stay I could not wait to check out because I killed a roach in the bed . I would not recommend this hotel to other.

Our room smelled musty and the floor was damp. The showerhead had mold and mildew all over it. There were roaches in the room. Expressing concerns to management didn't do any good. We won't stay in this hotel again.

I stayed at the location at Warrington Road, and was charged a no show fee at the Navy Blvd location. The General Manager won't return phone calls and won't take my calls when she's in. During my stay I had to go out to my car about 11pm and a Sheriff Car was parked in the middle of the parking lot. It seems there is a Sheriff in the lot every night to keep out the rif raf. I live in New York City and I'm telling you this is not the best of neighborhoods, I think I'm qualified to determine this. The room was clean, kind of run down. I think the best part of my stay was the housekeeping staff, they were really sweet. I feel they were the only ones who cared about the guests. Oh and don't use the irons unless you want rust stains on your cloths. It's worth a few extra dollars to stay in a nicer neighborhood at a hotel that won't pull a billing scams on you.

watch your card number if you cancel then get charged you wont like dealing with that situation and the aggravations not worth it for the money and if you get refunded it may not be 100 percent

the desk staff at this hotel is excellent.i have never felt so close to home while being so far away. I am in the military and stayed at this hotel for over 3 months. my room was always cleaned, and the staff made sure evrything was to my satisfaction. I would especially like to thank front desk clerk sondra and assistant general manager gail for making my stay so pleasant. i will definetly be back. keep up the good job
