Michelangelo Hotel, Milan

Although reasonably priced, from taking the elevators one can notice the premises are old and actually they did not put exceptional care in the renovation. Rooms a/c units are noisy. The bathroom is well equipped, good looking and very clean. Breakfast (in my case was complimentary) is good quality and generous. Nevermind there is no WI-FI (Wireless Internet Access), but there is not even a network cable to hook the laptop, hence for business people who need frequent communication services, the hotel would not be the right choice. There is an Internet Point at the bar in the lobby with three pc for free use. Another bothering issue are the carpets. These cause small static electrical shocks when contacting metallic items (i.e. buttons of the elevators etc.) and this is very annoying. Let's say, for a budget stay, if one needs a clean bed where to rest this hotel is a great bargain for a hub city such as Milan.
