Du Lac et Du Parc Grand Resort, Riva del Garda

I stayed in the main building overlooking the gardens and the lake. The lobby is large with small conversation settings. Rooms on the higher floors and back side will afford a better lake view. There are park-like grounds with walking paths great for quiet walks through the beautiful landscaping, flowers, ponds, and fountains. There is a breakfast buffet in the large open air dining room overlooking the park grounds. Rooms are modern with balconies and good size bathrooms. The hotel property also has several cottage rooms on the grounds, great for families. It is a short walk to the city center via the street or the lakeside walking promenade accessed via the back of the property. The hotel rents bicycles and wind surfing boards and offers lessons. The swimming pool is large and away from the main hotel buiding with many lounge chairs. This is a wonderful hotel, I would go back again.
