As many of the hotels in Europe this hotel charges per person and not per room. The hotel claims to be a five star hotel yet leaves much to be desired. You have to pay extra for renting a robe which you need at the spa. For the price of the hotel this should be available to you at no extra cost. The hotel advertises A/C throughout the hotel but they don't really turn on the main A/C system until summer. So in April when it's already hot you can't turn the A/C in your room on. Service is average. Not what you'd expect at a hotel of this rating. It is not a family friendly hotel. There are no changing tables anywhere.
