What a beautifull place but what a horrible hotel: Management totally infficient and indiferent. Our "Suite" at a "special rate of 390 EUR/day off season (550 USD approx) was the size of a small double bed room. The smell was horrible (even our 5 year old says to this day that she will never forget that smell) At nigh we had to open the windows with 45 degres as the kids were choking. It seems that this was some bug spray product in the aircon system. We had to wash our pydjamas twice at home to get rid of the smell. The hotel manager told us that this was not too serious in is eyes and after hours of arguig took 100 Euros off the bill. Off course nobody is there o help you take your laguagge to your room even if they see you with three young children!! The rsturant is very nice but thre again NONE of the people working there had even a basic knowlege of english!!! I am amazed how they are still in business Yannis & Faith Haramis Monaco
