is it worth the 4-stars?

The hotel area is great. The rooms are more or less Ok and clean. The problematic area is the eating facilities, which do not represent the 4-star rating of the hotel. There used to be no cups at breakfast as well as no small spoons. Food and it's varieties was more or less the same over 14 days. Clearly geared towards English customers. The service personal was more or less from Serbia or Croatia - they had at least some ability to speak English and a bit of German. Eating space was giving a "train station" experience. Could have been a great holiday …..
