Out of the Blue, Capsis Elite Resort, Heraklion

Very poor service, in general the cretans are friendly people, but not the one working in this hotel (the manager must be tough). The rooms and facilities are equivalent to a local 3 stars hotel but they charge you the price of a 5 stars. Worst of all is the food, I know that normally the food at the Sofitels is not good (except the Sofitel in Hanoi) but at the Sofitel Capsis it is bearly eatable. The only good think is the location, so you better off to use their sister hotel "The Capsis Beach" which share the facilities and the locations. They are many nicer hotels in Crete, so skip this one. Sofitel, put your act together, your brand should not be attach to this hotel.
