Good Potential, but Poorly Managed

The hotel's location was convenient for my three week business trip during December 2006, and the employees offered very courteous customer service. However, the following is a list of reasons why I was very dissatisfied with my stay:
1) CLEANLINESS - When I checked in to my non-smoking room, there was cigarette ash on the bathroom floor and vomit on the carpeting. I finally had to change rooms when these problems were not resolved by the second day. 2) NOISE - A professional sports team, who were guests at the hotel, celebrated their victory beside the pool at 2 a.m. with loud shouting and bright news camera lights. In spite of my complaints, the hotel neither ended the celebration nor compensated me for the inconvenience. 3) IRON AND IRONING BOARD - These are only available upon request. On one occasion, no irons were available. On another occasion, the iron repeatedly short-circuited all the electricity in my room. On each occasion, the ironing board was dirty.
