Ramada Plaza Herradura, Heredia

Stayed here three nights, Nice room, great breakfast plus excellent service at breakfast, loved landscaping, pool areas, and other facilities. First two nights were relaxing and quiet. Last night was horrible! At midnight we were ready to go to bed: there was a party going on in the hallway on the second floor. People had the doors to their rooms open, they were yelling, cheering, and drinking in the hallway. At 2PM we called the front office and were told they could do nothing and that no other rooms were available. Loud noise and yelling went on until well after 3:30 AM. We had to get up early the next morning, At checkout we complained and requested one night refunded; they gave us was a mere $30 off the total bill. What an insult. We frequently do business in Costa Rica and next time we'll choose a different hotel.

I had a very good time here,it was my second visit, I will be back.They have a great pool,I love the open air dining,and the staff could not have been nicer!
