Fiesta Americana Cancun, Cancun

This is a charming hotel with a fabulous location in Cancun. Very clean and friendly staff. I highly recommend for families. Great pool with lots of activities if you choose to participate. Food was prices were fair and food was good. Overall a great hotel. I would stay there again.

the rooms were beautiful.the hotel is kept very clean.the cincierge was very willing to help us with touring,plus they offered us discounts for the tours,resturants,etc.just an overall great experience.also walking distance to the hot night clubs like senor frog.the city,etc.

I really liked the Hotel in general, especially how comfortable it was. The people, the facilities, the beach and swimming pool, the service, the food. I really loved the view of our room. The attitude of the people who worked in the Hotel. I really liked everything about this Hotel. I would love to return!!!!!!

IT'S A CLEAN, NICE HOTEL WITH SPECIAL LOCATION (BTW LAGOONA AND OPEN SEA).
I'VE BEEN TO THIS HOTEL TWICE AND WILL GO AGAIN.

The Condesa Cancun was my first shot at Cancun and I have to say I enjoyed it very much. The staff was courteous and helpful, to the point I started thinking they really really cared about us. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the room was nice and with a view of the ocean (you have to pay more for that), the food was amazing: all breakfast, lunch, dinner were some of the best meals I've had in my life. The only bad thing was the lack of a beach to go walk/lay on, the hurricanes destroyed it and all you see are rocks and waves crashing against the hotel's beach wall. Unfortunately that's the case for all hotels facing east on the Kukulkan Blvd. However, the staff said depending on where the wind blows from and the tides, the beach reappears and sand covers the rocks and you can go down there and play on the beach. When it happens I just can't predict it. Overall, I would return there in a heart beat.

The room was very clean, and the staff did a great job of keeping everything clean! Our room was on the first floor, RIGHT ON THE BEACH! 10 steps to the ocean, 15 steps to the pool area! The hotel is only a 10 minute bus ride to the downtown area (and Wal-mart). All the rooms have a kitchenette, to save some money on food (we don't have to eat EVERY meal out!)

The only complaint we had was that they built a huge hotel next to the Fiesta Americana Cancun and it blocked the ocean view from our room. It also made the wind "howl" at times. What a shame. The Fiesta Americana Cancun is perfect in every other way.
